Barry Cooper, Director of Product Development
Barry was a comedy writer and actor before he turned author, trainer and speaker with Christianity Explored. He studied English at Oxford and theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, USA. Barry currently lives in Florida with his wife, Lee.
Craig Dyer, Training Director
After pastoring for 20 years, Craig joined our team in 2008 to train church leaders how to use the Christianity Explored materials and encourage evangelism in the local church. Craig's role takes him all over the globe, but the Dyer's currently live near the airport in Glasgow.
Louanne Enns, Operations Manager
Louanne puts her years of experience in administration, both in secular and Christian organizations, to good use at Christianity Explored Ministries. Originally from British Columbia, on the west coast of Canada, Louanne and her husband Paul now live in London.
Stephen James, Director of Prison Ministry
Stacey Hughes, Supporter Liaison
Stephen joined the Christianity Explored team in 2008. We were looking for someone with prison experience to adapt the course and Stephen fit the bill perfectly. Stephen and his family currently live in Swansea, Wales.
Stacey joined the team in 2016 and is responsible for liaising with our supporters. Stacey, originally from South Africa, lives in London with her family.
Grace McDowell, Evangelism Assistant
Grace has been working with Rico Tice since 2000 supporting the administrative front of his ministry, coordinating the Christianity Explored course and other evangelistic events at All Souls Church. Grace is from Northern Ireland but now calls London home.
Nate Morgan Locke, Associate Evangelist
Eileen Nitao, Database Coordinator
Nate joined the Christianity Explored Ministries team in 2008 with a passion for reaching youth with the Gospel. He is the author and presenter of the SOUL DVD and is currently working on more youth materials. Nate and his family live in Bath where he serves part time as a Youth & Children's Minister.
Eileen joined the team in 2014. Eileen registers new courses and manages and updates our website and data. She lives in Streatham and also works for a church teaching English to immigrant and refugee families.
Ian Roberts, Chief Executive
Ian has been part of the Christianity Explored Ministries family for many years before he officially joined the team in 2009 as Director of Resources, taking on his current role in 2011. Ian studied Economics at Bristol and Evangelism at Trinity College, Bristol. He and his family currently live just outside London.
Rico Tice, Evangelist
Rico Tice is the Senior Minister, Evangelism at All Souls Church, Langham Place, the birthplace of Christianity Explored. He continues to equip believers to share their faith in Jesus, as well as develop new course material through this active ministry. He is married to Lucy and they have three young children - Peter, Daniel and Mercy.
Phil Grout, Digital Marketing & Production Manager
Phil joined Christianity Explored Ministries in July 2017. He lives in South West London with his wife Jess and attends Cornerstone Church Kingston where he helps lead the music ministry and a growing football outreach ministry.
Alan Avera, Executive Director, Christianity Explored USA
Alan joined the CEM team on 1 July 2013 as the first Senior Executive for CE USA. Alan's primary task will be to establish a base for ministry to support and equip North American churches for evangelism. Alan and his wife Eileen have three children and live in South Carolina.
Kevin Allen, Western Regional Director, Christianity Explored USA
Kevin Allen was appointed as Regional Director in February 2016. This new full-time post will focus on development of the ministry in the western regions of both the US and Canada. He completed his Master of Divinity degree in 2000, and was ordained at Village Seven Prebysterian Church in Colorado Springs, where he served as one of the pastors since 1997. Kevin and Beth have two grown children.
Cam Gracey, New Zealand Coordinator
Cam joined the Christianity Explored team in 2011. His role is to encourage and equip Kiwi churches to run the course successfully. Cam and Jo, along with their 3 children live and serve in Christchurch.
